Note: We are currently on a waitlist. Appointments for new clients are expected to open at the end of July.
Provide a brief description of why you are seeking treatment and your most recent experiences with psychotherapy. Please be aware that we do not provide therapy services over email. If you are currently experiencing a crisis or suicidal thoughts, please call 988 or seek help at your local emergency department.
Please be aware that we currently have a waitlist of a couple months for new therapy clients.
Briefly describe your current practice including your specialization, current strengths and goals, and any contextual factors you want us to mindful of when working together.
To establish a fair fee, share information on your own practice, including your years in practice, current rates, and number of clients seen pro-bono, at a reduced rate, or on Medicaid/Medicare insurance. WI CBT Center does not currently provide supervision (e.g. legal oversight of clinicians with in-training licenses).
We are always happy to engage organizations and the public through discussions, roundtables, and presentations on the topics of mental health, stress, anxiety, and trauma. When inquiring about these services, it is helpful to provide information on the target audience (size, familiarity with the topic) and desired length of time.
